Karina Carter brings 14 years of product leadership across some of the UK's most sophisticated technology businesses. She began her career in defence and at a United Nations think tank, building a foundation in data analysis, systems thinking and complex problem-solving that still shapes her work today.
She went on to hold senior product roles in leading fintech companies including iwoca and Equals Money, operating in high-growth, highly regulated environments and working alongside major partners such as HSBC. Across 35 companies, Karina has built a reputation for seeing clearly and acting decisively: diagnosing where strategy, structure or execution have drifted, and helping leadership teams restore focus, coherence and momentum.
Her deepest specialism is fintech, but her work spans medtech, legal tech, proptech and other sectors where clarity, rigour and commercial judgement matter. She leads engagements personally, particularly where a business needs sharper product strategy, stronger operating discipline and a clearer route to growth.
